Team Member

Starting as a trainee team member our new recruits are trained in the basic skills needed to operate successfully in all areas of the benugo store. Once they become team members they become fully skilled and are able to operate at a high standard. Our baristas go through an intensive training program to ensure they keep our standards of great coffee, and our Section Leaders/Team Leaders guide their team to deliver great service throughout their operation.

General Manager / Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Managers are the General Managers of the future. Working closely with a General Manager, the position helps to train and refine management skills in readiness to manage their own operation.

Our General Managers have overall responsibility for their site, while ensuring it is run to the highest benugo standards, they will train and develop their team whilst focusing on the customer experience and maintaining the quality of our products.
